Energization Exercises Poster

jThe jposter itself is really lovely — and large enough to be able to read the print.
I’d prefer a smaller one — (like the one I’ve misplaced or lost) as it travels with me. maybe 1/2 the size of the one I received… but not a big deal… as
at 84, I no longer sweat the small stuff… and poster size is a “small stuff ithing”.
The poster I received is nice size if I’m introducing others to the exercises..
My old copy of the exercises was — ummmmm 30 yrs old…. maybe.
and I had it mounted and laminated. I think I left it at the neighborhood park..
clothes pinned to a tree branch.. soooo delighted to have a new one.

This energization poster is helping my friend so much. She had made a conscious decision to no longer have a computer, dvd player, tv or smartphone. This poster is perfect for her situation, and she was very happy that it arrived in perfect condition.

When I was a beginner, it was extremey helpful in learning all the exercises. I don’t know what a beginner would do without one! Even 12 years later, I still occasionally forget “what’s next,” and a quick glance moves me right along.

Way too small. Cannot use at all. Sorry.

I love this! Beloved Guru and Swami on each side of the opening prayer and the step-by-step process of energization in simple graphics. It makes my practice easy and complete. Fabulous!
